Leanne McDonald is an Evidential Psychic Medium, a Certified Psychic Investigator as well as a Paranormal Investigator and Author - residing in the scenic mountains in Upstate New York. Leanne has combined over the years her own natural abilities and blended in what she has sought out and learned from some of the greatest, world class mediums across the globe. The training Leanne has received including several mentorships has been extensive, which has brought Leanne’s mediumship to the quality, and high ethical standards that it is today.  Leanne has been engaging and communicating with spirit from as young as she can remember. Daily interactions with spirit were what Leanne thought was normal when she was growing up. It wasn’t until her early teen years that Leanne discovered not everyone was communicating with spirit like she was. It was around this time that Leanne began to seek refuge in her own space, seek quiet times and dived deeper into conversations with spirit while letting them be her teacher and guide her in showing her what life is like, beyond the veil. Spirit guides Leanne through her life, and her day-to-day interactions and is a continuous strength with her at all times. Leanne’s ability to hear spirit so clearly at times, sparked the interest of Yale University in Connecticut where Leanne was asked by the medical researchers if she would participate in a series of tests on campus. Leanne participated in Yale’s studies and research over an 18mth period—which gave Yale an inside edge into the inner workings of a mediums brain activity during spirit communication. Yale continues to request Leanne back, for additional participation. Leanne is also a Certified Psychic Investigator (CPI) with the LWISSD. (Lisa Williams International School of Spiritual Development). Leanne is one of only a small handful of Psychic/Mediums in the world to have successfully passed and achieved this certification, which is recognized as one of the highest international credentials one can achieve in the spiritual community.  Leanne has experience working with law enforcement, detectives, private investigators and families whilst using her abilities and training to help aid in cases that need assistance. Leanne will take on cases ranging from, but not limited to: Missing persons, Murders & Homicides. Leanne is also the founder and lead investigator with Enchanting Paranormal Investigations of NY (EPINY). Leanne’s interest in paranormal began when her and a friend began their own investigations and communications with spirit in old Victorian homes back in the late 1980s before high tech equipment was readily available like it is now. Eager and investigating with nothing more than their own selves and a Ouija board, Leanne has come a long way in her investigation skills and equipment. Today Leanne uses equipment that ranges from the most simplistic devices to state of the art high tech cameras and audio recorders. Not to mention the most important thing she brings with her to all investigations—Common Sense!
